Ying is the Best. Ying is very clear right from the beginning of the process. Ying was recommended by a family member. We approached Ying when our house got vacated and needs to be either rented or marketed for sale. Ying explained both the processes and suggested if we decide to sell, this is the time. And also explained what need to be done if we decide to sell. She also explained what work needs to be done and an estimated expense. But there is one set back on our end and that is we moved far away from Massachusetts. But Ying assured us that it is not an issue. When we decided to go for it, she took complete responsibility in every process from screening contractors, explaining them the work and what needs to be done, supervision, coordinating and other logistics.
