Sales price is the mid-point (median) value where the price for half of the closed sales is higher and half is lower.
Sold Price Per Square Foot (PPSF)
Sold price per square foot is the mid-point (median) of all closed listings. When only land is selected, it is price per acre.
Days on Market (DOM)
Days on Market (DOM) is the median number of days between when a property is listed and the contract date.
Percent of List Price Received
List price received is the average sales price divided by the final list price expressed as a percentage.
Closed Sales
Closed sales is the number of properties sold.
MSI is the number of months it would take to sell through the available inventory at the current sales rate.
